1. About us
These terms apply to all purchases made through shop.dannstarr.co.uk, operated by DannStarr Electronics, a sole trader registered in England and Wales, based at 61 Rotten Row, Pinchbeck, PE11 3RQ.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.
2. Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for example if an item is found to be unavailable or incorrectly priced.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
3. Product descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately, including condition grades for pre-loved and refurbished devices. However, minor variations may exist and product images are representative. If you have specific questions about an item before purchasing, please contact us — we are happy to provide additional detail or photos.
Condition grades for second-hand devices are as follows:
- Grade A: Excellent condition, minimal to no visible wear
- Grade B: Good condition, light cosmetic marks consistent with normal use
- Grade C: Fair condition, more noticeable marks but fully functional
4. Availability and delivery
Items marked In Stock are physically held by us and dispatched promptly. Items marked Available in 1–2 working days are sourced from our supplier and will be delivered to you once received and checked by us.
Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as courier delays or supplier availability. If there is a significant delay to your order, we will contact you.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We do not store any card details on our systems.
6. Returns and refunds

7. Warranty
All products are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Between 30 days and 6 months, we will repair or replace the item; if that is not possible, a refund will be issued.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or faults resulting from unauthorised repair or modification.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you ordered. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, or any consequential loss arising from use of our products beyond what is required by law.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
