Returns & Refunds Policy

Your right to return

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within the 14-day window.

How to return an item

To start a return, contact us using one of the methods below before sending anything back:

Please include your order reference number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and instructions by email.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, with all original accessories and packaging where applicable. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described, the cost of returning goods is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

Faulty or incorrectly described items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return postage.

Pre-loved and refurbished devices

All pre-loved and refurbished devices are graded and described honestly. Condition grades are listed on each product page. Minor cosmetic marks consistent with the stated grade are not considered faults. If you are unsure about a grade before buying, please get in touch and we will be happy to provide more detail or photos.

Exclusions

The right to cancel does not apply to items that have been personalised or made to your specification. Software, digital content, and items sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery are also excluded.
